What we produce
From a single suite to every room in the building
We work from your architect’s drawings or from a sample room you already have in mind, then produce the set in series with consistent quality across every unit.
Guest room sets
Beds, headboards, wardrobes, luggage benches, desks, and nightstands produced as a repeatable set, identical from room 101 to room 412.
Reception and lobby
Reception desks, back walls, and lobby joinery that carry the hotel’s identity from the front door onward.
Built-in wardrobes and minibar units
Fitted units that use every centimeter of the room plan and hide the minibar, safe, and luggage space behind clean fronts.

Moisture-resistant vanity units built for daily cleaning chemicals and wet use.

Materials and finishes
Materials specified for contract use
Hotel furniture is cleaned daily and replaced rarely, so every surface is specified for wear first and looks second. These are the six families we build contract work from, each available as a sample set for your specification; the MDF vs melamine guide covers the two workhorse boards.
Melamine
Chipboard or MDF faced with a hard, printed melamine layer. Scratch- and moisture-resistant, easy to clean, and available in hundreds of wood and plain decors. Our standard for carcasses and the most practical choice for fronts.
MDF (lacquered or moisture-resistant)
A dense, uniform fibreboard that machines cleanly. Moisture-resistant grades go into carcasses near water; lacquered MDF gives smooth matt or satin fronts in any colour, with no visible joints or grain.
High-gloss acrylic
MDF faced with a thick acrylic layer for a deep, mirror-like gloss that stays colour-fast. Scratch-resistant in daily use, easy to wipe down, and the usual choice for modern handleless kitchens.
Wood veneer
A thin layer of real oak, walnut or ash bonded to a stable board core. The look and touch of solid wood with far less movement, so large doors and panels stay flat for years.
Solid wood
Oak, beech, walnut and ash, selected and dried for interior use. For worktops, table tops, frames and handles, where the surface has to take knocks and be sanded back to new.
Plywood
Cross-laminated wood layers, usually birch: light, very strong and stable. For shelves that must not sag, drawer boxes, exposed-edge shelving and joinery that shows its construction.

Hotel furniture lives a harder life than home furniture: suitcases against panels, cleaning chemicals on every surface, hundreds of check-ins a year. We specify boards, edges, and hardware for that reality, because a saved euro on hinges is paid back tenfold in maintenance calls.
Series production is where a workshop earns its keep: jigs and templates keep the fiftieth wardrobe identical to the first, and damaged pieces can be reproduced years later from the same drawings.
We plan production around your opening date, deliver in phases that follow your construction schedule, and install floor by floor so the site keeps moving.

European boards and hardware, as standard
Moisture-resistant MDF and quality melamine boards for carcasses, solid wood and veneer where the design calls for it, soft-close hinges and runners on every door and drawer, edges sealed on every panel.
Installed by the team that built it
The same people who measured and built your piece install it: aligned fronts, adjusted hinges, sealed joints against the wall, and a handover inspection with you.
Cost
What affects the cost of custom furniture?
Every project is quoted from real site measurements, so there is no price list. These are the things that move a quote up or down:
Size and layout:
the number of units, tall columns, corners, islands and how much wall you are covering.
Materials:
melamine, lacquered or acrylic fronts, veneer and solid wood sit at very different points, and carcass and fronts can be mixed.
Hardware:
soft-close is standard; pull-out pantries, corner mechanisms, lift-up doors and internal organisers add to it.
Integration:
built-in appliances, lighting, sockets and ventilation planned into the cabinetry.
Site conditions:
walls out of square, pipes to work around, access and floor levels all affect the work on the day.
Questions
Common questions from hotel operators
Can you furnish an entire hotel?
Yes, that is what series production is for. We quote from your room count and drawings, produce in batches, and install in phases coordinated with your site manager.
Can you work from our architect’s drawings?
Yes, drawings are the preferred starting point. We review them for production feasibility, propose material and hardware specifications, and return shop drawings for approval before anything is cut.
Do you work with owners and operators based abroad?
Yes, for hotels built in Albania. We can communicate in English or Greek. Specifications, shop drawings and approvals go by email, and at every production phase we send you photos from the workshop. On site we coordinate with your architect and site manager and install with our own team, so no one has to fly in just to check progress.
What if a piece gets damaged after opening?
Because every piece is built from our own drawings and templates, we can reproduce a headboard or a wardrobe door years later, matched to the originals.
How do you price a hotel project?
Per room type, multiplied across the building, with the specification agreed first. You see the cost of each room set and each public-area piece before committing.
Do you also do guesthouses and small hotels?
Yes. A guesthouse with six rooms gets the same production quality as a large hotel, and series production starts saving money from the second identical room onward.
