One desk or an entire office fit-out, each piece is drawn around the room plan and the people who will use it every day.
Desks and workstations
Single desks, shared benches, and corner workstations with cable management built in, sized to the room instead of forcing the room around them.
Storage and archive walls
Full-height cabinet walls that hold files, supplies, and printers behind clean doors, with open shelving where things should stay in reach.
Reception counters
The first thing a client sees. Built to your branding, with proper task space, lighting, and cable routing on the working side.
Meeting and conference tables
Tables sized to the room and the seat count, with power and data access where the laptops actually sit.

Materials and finishes
Materials for furniture that works every day
Office furniture takes elbows, chairs and cable changes for years, so we favour hard-wearing surfaces and stable cores. These are the families we build offices from; the MDF vs melamine guide explains the difference between the two most common boards.
Melamine
Chipboard or MDF faced with a hard, printed melamine layer. Scratch- and moisture-resistant, easy to clean, and available in hundreds of wood and plain decors. Our standard for carcasses and the most practical choice for fronts.
MDF (lacquered or moisture-resistant)
A dense, uniform fibreboard that machines cleanly. Moisture-resistant grades go into carcasses near water; lacquered MDF gives smooth matt or satin fronts in any colour, with no visible joints or grain.
Wood veneer
A thin layer of real oak, walnut or ash bonded to a stable board core. The look and touch of solid wood with far less movement, so large doors and panels stay flat for years.
Plywood
Cross-laminated wood layers, usually birch: light, very strong and stable. For shelves that must not sag, drawer boxes, exposed-edge shelving and joinery that shows its construction.

Built for daily wear, planned around cables
Office furniture takes more abuse than home furniture: hundreds of drawer cycles a week, coffee, equipment heat, chairs against panels. We build with hard-wearing boards and edging, and hardware rated for commercial use, so the fit-out still looks straight after years of real work.
Cabling is planned before production, not drilled as an afterthought. Grommets, trays, and access panels are placed where your equipment actually lives, and desks arrive ready for the electrician instead of surprising them.
For companies we work directly from your floor plan and can coordinate with your architect or office manager from the first sketch to installation outside working hours.

A master craftsman with 30 years at the bench

European boards and hardware, as standard
Moisture-resistant MDF and quality melamine boards for carcasses, solid wood and veneer where the design calls for it, soft-close hinges and runners on every door and drawer, edges sealed on every panel.
Installed by the team that built it
The same people who measured and built your piece install it: aligned fronts, adjusted hinges, sealed joints against the wall, and a handover inspection with you.
Cost
What affects the cost of custom furniture?
Every project is quoted from real site measurements, so there is no price list. These are the things that move a quote up or down:
Size and layout:
the number of units, tall columns, corners, islands and how much wall you are covering.
Materials:
melamine, lacquered or acrylic fronts, veneer and solid wood sit at very different points, and carcass and fronts can be mixed.
Hardware:
soft-close is standard; pull-out pantries, corner mechanisms, lift-up doors and internal organisers add to it.
Integration:
built-in appliances, lighting, sockets and ventilation planned into the cabinetry.
Site conditions:
walls out of square, pipes to work around, access and floor levels all affect the work on the day.

Do you work with businesses and issue invoices?
Yes. We furnish offices for companies as well as home offices for individuals, and we quote and invoice as a business. Tell us your timeline and we plan production and installation around it.
How much does a custom office fit-out cost?
It is quoted per piece from your floor plan: the number of workstations, the storage volume, and the materials drive the price. Contact us and we will return an itemized quote for free.
Can you match our brand colors and style?
Yes. Fronts, worktops, and visible panels can follow your brand palette, and the reception counter is usually where that investment shows most.
Can you install outside working hours?
For operating offices we schedule delivery and installation in the evening or over a weekend, so your team does not lose a working day.
Do you also build just one desk?
Yes. A single well-built desk for a home office is a normal order for us, not a minimum-size problem.
